Worst customer service experience/company ever. Want to throw away your hard earned money for some cheap material ? Go for it . They won’t respond to any of your messages and may not even ship out your order. I litterally threw away 120 dollars and never got a single item from them . Do not I repeat do not order from this company! They are a rip of, the trend will probably die soon anyway .
I purchased 3 pair of various pants (over $300) and felt they all fit a bit off. I returned them - they claimed not to have received the return, and so now I'm out $300. Not much I can do at this point to prove I returned them.
If you shop here - don't expect to get a return if it doesn't work out and don't send the clothes back - as you'll be out those as well...

I have ordered some shorts ages ago which didn’t arrive and I had no communication. I contacted customer service they don’t seem to operate over weekends and Have been very slow to respond. Basically their strategy was let’s hope for the best that DPD managed to deliver after two failed attempts because I didn’t understand my address.
They say they contacted DPD and haven’t had a response. The situation is still on resolved and I don’t feel very confident.Disappointed in the customer service and it’s quite a contrast to other companies that work hard.
I ordered something for Mother's day in late April, and the status was pending for a week so I emailed in (as it says on their website that it is max 5 business days to process) twice, and no response for almost two weeks now. I just did the live chat, and the issue was that the item was out of stock from the retail store they were supposed to ship it from but the live chat lady just found a different store to send it over. The live chat lady was nice and said I should receive an email for shipping soon, however I feel very drained from the lack of responses and work I have to do for an order that was already paid for. I feel like it would be important to have addressed this shipment issue for me, so I'm not sitting around wondering what the issue is. The lack of response from their email account is also dismal, almost 2 weeks and no response is not a great service. Needless to say, Mother's day passed, and I feel bad that I couldn't give my mother her gift on time. I was not given much compensation other than "express shipping for the delay" as per the live chat lady. I do not know if I would order again, as this was not a pleasant experience. If a response was made in a timely manner to address my concerns, that would have been okay, but it has been anything but. I would hope that the company addresses and fixes these issues.
I was really disappointed with this bag - first, it is positioned as the one that is easily washable and lasting for years. Well, my bag of yellow colour got dirty quite quickly, and after the first wash I realised that the dirt doesn't go away completely. At some point it got almost black at the back, less than in a year it already lost the nice aspect at loos really old. The material is positioned as a strong one, however it started to get destroyed really quickly, and the stitches at the top broke in several months as well. And the last thing that makes me really angry is that it destroys my clothes - the straps at the back are hard and have this glue on them - I don't really feel like using it. Not worth its price.
This company practices fraud against customers nowadays in the US. I've bought a backpack and just decided to return it. They've got my package back but neither refund nor backpack was sent back to me if they just decided that- *Any returned items that do not meet our return standards will be mailed back to you without a refund.* ( A quote from Fjallraven return policy). They are ignoring my phone or email requests. I want everyone who visits their website or social media to know this and think twice before ordering something from them today. I'm still waiting that somebody from that company, at last, answers me through my email on an assigned ticket (243779) on February 23. My returned order is #FW1218862984.
The functionality/quality is somewhat mixed and doesn't always live up to the price tag.
The "water-resistant" Greenland jacket can hardly stand any rain at all and water can be seen to penetrate the back and upper area very quickly.
The Barents Parka however, is totally waterproof (both use G-1000) and warmer than many down jackets - under -20C I barely need any other cloth. It remained warm even after heavy sweating and the coat became wet inside.
Vidda hiking pants are also good as winter pants down to -20C.
PS: I didn't buy from their online shop directly but in physical stores and amazon.
Paid for a rucksack that never arrived. Was promised a refund after they apologised and said it never arrived at their warehouse. Still awaiting refund and now they’re not responding to communication. Avoid.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....total rip off...took my money for a rucksack and sent me dodgy Ray ban sunglasses. They don't even respond to emails....what a joke.
I tried to order Christmas gifts. The payment failed 2 times, worked the 3rd times. Then no news for a week. Finally the order is not accpeted, i cannot get my items, i will get refund..... but Christmas is dead. Thx guys.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They take your money and either send you rubbish from China or wrong items.
After multiple emails all they send is an automated response from PayPal, even though i didn't pay via PayPal. Barclay card, thank you very much for your help in getting my money back!
My 5 stars to Barclays
I love this backpack. My first one lastet 8 years until the color started to fade. The straps are very comfortable and adjustable. This backpack doesn't only look nice but also feels great to wear.
The bags are fine. Quality is there. Service is NOT.
If you need to buy a bag for a gift and have a deadline, buy from another distributor, or better another manufacturer. Fjallraven and their staff don't give a darn whether you get your item in time. Or even a week+ after they originally promised it. No acknowledgement of any responsibility, or even a genuine apology. Surprising and disappointing for a Scandinavian brand.
Great backpack! I bought it for my niece, she is delighted. She goes to school with him every day. It's very roomy and beautiful.
